I hope everyone is well and staying safe. Just a Quick Update, the upgrade feature has now been completed for the most part and is currently in the finalisation stage. It is currently being tested internally to make sure it is working as it should be and is being prepared to be released. The feature should be available to all existing users tomorrow (EDT) barring further issues that are brought up in the internal testing phase.
The new packages are also ready to be deployed for existing members and should be available promptly after the upgrade feature is ready to be released. This includes the AMD 5700XT and Nvidia 2080 Super tiers. I know many existing users have been waiting eagerly for this update, especially for the ability to upgrade onto existing higher tiers and the highly anticipated new packages.
However, the update for new users is less positive. At this moment in time, we are unable to give a clear time frame on when new users will be able to sign up. The tentative time frame would be at the end of this week, however, this is liable to change unfortunately and cannot be said with any certainty.
We at Maximum Settings do understand the frustration and disappointment on the long wait for new user sign-ups, and cannot understate how we appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time. Please be assured that multiple teams are working on getting sign-ups reinstated as soon as possible. If there are any further developments on new sign-ups, everyone will be notified.
