For people checking out the forum, I jumped into the discord and they did mention in their announcement channel:
"New Client Order system - Pending within 24 - 48 hours." - as of 9:35PM (7/30/2020) from my timezone PST.

Earliest we can expect near 10PM PST (7/31/2020)
latest 10PM PST (8/1/2020)

although I'd check all weekend if anything changes (delays,etc.) definely they seem very active in discord 🙂

Note from #bugs in discord: the order form is in beta so they mention when it is available to wait for formal annoucement or use at your own risk (definely check out the discord for all the details)
