Hello my name is Angel and I'd like to leave my review for the Maximum Settings Service and not only for the Service itself but for their Discord Server.
Maximum Settings Service
I was able to try Maximum Settings from two specific regions - USA and Europe. While I've been trying the service, I've used the AMD Tier 3 announced in the Maximum Settings website and the experience was really amazing and exceptional. I was able to run Cyberpunk, Assassin's Creed III Remastered (Which doesn't even usually works in Cloud Gaming services due to the problems that are known with Virtual Machines, being those the type of machines we get while using Maximum Settings).

While I was running the game in the United States, I expected a good experience, since even if the servers are in Canada, we're talking about a location that is more closer to the (Canada), than the other one, which is across the ocean. I've had good frames per seconds, the game never lagged for me and I was able to play the game, as if I was playing in a local device. When I went over to the Europe, I didn't expect the experience to be the same. Since AMD Hardware, tend to add more latency comparing to the "NVIDIA Hardware". I can say however, that from my end the experience was exactly the same and I was able to play the game, as if I was in the USA, as if the Maximum Settings machine was with me and if I carried with me in the plane.
It's really amazing, because most services would probably turn out to be unplayable and I would be unable to have fun, since I don't carry with me a powerful machine to play games. (I have a Microsoft Surface Pro X in the Developer Mode, it runs both 64 bits and 32 bits applications through emulation) This machine, wouldn't even probably properly run games like even "GTA San Andreas" and Maximum Settings just gives me the chances to turn that around.
Cyberpunk (EU Experience Only)
The game ran very well, I was able to run it with more than 60 FPS, while testing it out and I didn't experience (Mouse/Controller delay or lag in general while playing it) Once again, it was an exceptional and amazing experience from someone who's using this product in the Europe, when the servers are in Canada, Ontario (Toronto).
I'm just amazed with this service/product in general and I'd like to say thanks to you guys: Bobby Gooner from Maximum Settings , Paul from Maximum Settings and the person known as Machette Guy (in the Discord Server from Maximum Settings) and also LS3 (from Maximum Settings) You guys are taking Maximum Settings to the next level and you guys are doing what many companies failed to achieve and I'm sure you guys are going to have many success while in the Beta Phase and even after, when it comes to an actual - release/launch, so please keep going!
Discord Server
A server sometimes, it's not made through the channels it has, sometimes it's not done through the many announcements it probably have. I say this as a person, who's using Discord for a long time.
A server needs to be made of persons as well, because without persons, a server means nothing really.
People in the Maximum Settings discord server have been honestly - Kind, dear and friendly to me, since the moment I joined their server. It's like, if sometimes we know ourselves for a long time and we have a friendship for such a long time, what I mean is, they make you comfortable while you're talking to them and you just feel welcome.
I don't speak in every Discord Server every time, while I speak in the Maximum Settings Server a lot due to the amazing persons in the server, which I'd like to say thanks to each and every one of them.
When I need help, almost every time, someone comes to my rescue and they do my best to help, while sometimes it's just to talk and usually it's to joke around.
