The protagonist gains different elemental powers each time a new area becomes available. Although they are an important part of the official Genshin Impact storyline, players generally avoid including Travelers in their team compositions. Despite being classified as a five-star character, the MC is no match for most other four-star units in Genshin Impact.
Currently, the Dendro version of the character is the only viable option for certain types of team compositions.
