can i play yur max settings if I have slow internet. i only have a GTX680 and i want to play fortnite at the best graphics

yes, you can select your speed and compression will adjust. It may not look as amazing as having 100Mbit/s available but even at 10mbit/s it looks pretty good.

The relative power of your local video card is not really that important. The general rule is if you can decode a 1080P Youtube video you will be able to decode our game streaming feed. Your GTX 680 has built in hardware H.264 decoding. Newer cards and CPU's will also support H.265 decoding.
