Our Game Streaming PC's are all currently located in our Toronto, Canada Data Center. Due to the physical distance between Toronto and Europe it is not practical to offer our game streaming services outside of Canada and the U.S. Latency, Jitter, & Packet Loss can cause quality of experience issues. High packet latency generally leads to lag in game.
In fact even if your within Canada and the U.S and your latency is higher than 40ms we do not recommend that you order Maximumsettings PC game streaming service. If your within Ontario and Quebec we recommend that you order Qrnetworks.com high speed internet service (sister company). We are currently averaging 15ms response times (as low as 5ms).
