Thomas So, I go to the website, start my cloud pc. Wait for it to boot. It boots. I see the virtual pc's Disk I/O graph charting. Then I go to moonlight client, and my computer has the hazard symbol on it. I click wake my PC… nothing happens. What’s the problem?
Paul The most likely reason is that your cloud PC failed to fully start. Please login to console and confirm that your PC booted into windows.
thalassocrac Im having a similar issue - when I start the cloud pc, it starts up, runs for 45secs to a minute, then shuts down. Not every time, but often I have to start the system twice.
