Hello MXS and Aspiring MXS Gamers! I hope you all are safe and well.

What a few couples of months It has been for Maximum Settings. There have been many lows during the past several weeks, with downtimes and what seemed to be never-ending maintenance on certain processes at Maximum Settings. Maximum Settings has had an extensive and comprehensive transformation to our back-end scripts and code, which have led to many unforeseen bugs and issues that often lead to delays and longer maintenance than what was initially intended. I know that this has not been a pleasant experience for all parties involved, including both existing and aspiring clients, and for the staff at MXS.

Please do understand that this service remains in beta and it is expected for things to go wrong and is actually what is intended to happen during this phase of the service. It is beneficial for MXS that things that can go wrong does while in beta so that the necessary changes/fixes can be developed and deployed as and when things go wrong. This phase is extremely important for the continual growth of MXS so that crucial processes can be implemented as efficiently as possible, to minimize any issues that can arise when Maximum Settings is ready to launch for the masses. This does not mean that any maintenance or downtime is intentional, but can be inevitable resulting in the inconvenience and service disruptions.

We would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to all of our existing clients and to everyone who expressed their interest to join our cloud gaming service, irrespective of all our shortcomings and issues. The level of understanding and patience that everyone has shown is beyond what was expected and we cannot begin to thank you all enough. It is due to all of your continual feedback and unwavering support that this venture has been able to reach this stage. The community that has been created in such a short amount, is nothing less than amazing and we are grateful to everyone who has made this possible. This includes the fantastic staff at Maximum Settings, all of our brilliant ‘A’ members who regularly go above and beyond what is expected of them and not least of all our existing and aspiring clients.

We are extremely excited to announce that the long-awaited release of the beta ordering page is now live (later tonight) and in full effect for all who would like to purchase a tier. This has been a long time coming and has taken much longer than was initially expected. We hope that this will be one step of many that will follow which will make Maximum Settings a Cloud Gaming service that we all can be proud of. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding and open-mindedness when things go wrong, which is usually too often for our liking. We hope you thoroughly enjoy using your Maximum settings cloud gaming pc and please be rest assured that work is being done continuously in the background to make sure that your service is as reliable and secure as can be.

Hey my account has been stuck on " Creating Account..Do not refresh pace.." For 4 hours. Is this supposed to happen if so how long will it be? And if not what can i do to fix this without risk losing what I bought. I got the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT package if that helps at all.

      BobbyG hey i got an error it said " error package not updated" or something like that what do i do i checked my emal and there was nothing

        Vi3w Hi, Can you please double-check that you have not been charged. Please do try to purchase a tier again and I am confident you should have no issues. If it does persist please do let me know.

        I was charged so what do i do about that? Do i have to buy it again or can i just send evidence that i did buy?

          Vi3w Hi, i thought that may have been the Case. Please double check your Spam as you may have been emailed the account details for your cloud gaming machine. Please consider signing up to discord and message a verification officer (Men in yellow) or open a ticket here: https://support.maximumsettings.com/ and please include your email address and a receipt or proof of purchase. The matter will be investigated and your account will be set up by the relevant team. Sorry about the inconvenience.
