Does you guys also bottleneck the internet connection or something I've been downloading this game for over an hour... and my normal internet it would have been done already....

It seems a little punitive to make clients pay for time up on their cloud pc, when all they get to do with it is wait for their game to download at a slower rate than their own internet could do. A paying client could easily lose multiple hours of time they paid for, if not more, to just wait for their games to download. This is a flaw in the system.
